For complete buildings, we manage everything from the foundation to the roof.
Vendor Management: We coordinate specialized vendors for Civil, Electrical (MEP), and Glasswork.
Transparent Billing: We charge a simple 10% service fee on the total cost (labor + materials).
Zero Stress: We handle material purchase, quality checks, and site supervision.
We follow a milestone-based installment system. Once the project is complete and the final check is done, we hand over the keys to your ready-to-move space!
